The customer

From Kairouan, Tunisia, Ste Ben Romdhan distributes food, cosmetics and household cleaning products through two companies: Société Olympique Alimentaires and Sté Idéal de Distribution.

Each company has its own team of van sellers. Together, 20 van sellers serve more than 1,000 points of sale.

The challenge

Van sellers re-keyed and checked their sales by hand at the end of the day. Payments took 24 to 48 hours to close, and there were about forty invoicing errors or stock gaps a month.

With two companies and two teams, each company’s promotions and free goods also had to be applied correctly.

The solution

Van sales with printed invoices

The van seller invoices on mobile and prints the invoice at the customer’s.

Two companies, one solution

Each team works on its own company, with its items, prices and customers, in the same app.

Van stock and payments

Van stock and every payment are tracked in real time: the cash register closes in minutes.

Promotions and free goods

Discounts and free products are applied to the invoice automatically.

Activity tracking

Management tracks the sales, rounds and payments of both teams in real time.

The results

Each van seller saves about 2 hours a day, now spent in the field: 10% more points of sale visited.

Payments are closed in less than 30 minutes instead of 24 to 48 hours, and invoicing errors and stock gaps have dropped by 70%.
